City have all this talent but they don't seem to want to mix it with teams that get into them, great individuals but certainly not a great team yet.
Kante and Alonso, bring back Moses is hardly a major squad change. Jose doesn't know what he did to lose the players, he still doesn't think he did anything wrong and is struggling with that concept. His focus became so narrow and forceful, his belief so strong he missed not only what effect his actions were having but also how other managers were adapting their tactics to combat his. Leicester proved something I have said and posted about for years, that all the clubs in the premership have players capable of matching all the others and that often it is intangibles adding up that make a difference. Something as abstract as 'team spirit' and that a couple of great players who don't get on with the rest of the squad can have a huge impact. Many big clubs suffer from tradition and institutional practises. When Roman came to Chelsea he became the sole owner and changed virtually all aspects of the club allowing Jose the opportunity to impose his methods and practises. Man U is bigger than Jose and the inertia of the club is working against him and he doesn't realise it. The man does need a break.

Never picked Pep for title - never. If you look at this season, thus far - Jose was not blown away like Pep was blown away on 3 or 4 occasions. IF Jose puts Poch in his place tomorrow - everyone will jump and say Jose is very much in title hunt. Season of fine margins.
If we start scoring a quarter the chances we create the top 4 will look very different by February. I have never rated Pep and his time with Bayern only reinforced my opinion.
Same here. I was on record years ago saying winning the Bundesliga with Bayern is like winning the SPL with Celtic. He did great to bring all that talent through at Barca.....but thats it.
