I haven't looked at it in great depth but I reckon the Champion Hurdle could be abit light next year. Chances of Faugheen a nd Annie coming back seem slim. The best from the Neptune could be going chasing and the only one from the Supreme will probably get banned come twelve months time. And the juveniles tend to take a year or two to develop in the grade one horses in open company.

I took on board what you had to say regarding NW Nass <cheers>

THE WORLDS END was travelling well until tipping up so I have had a speculative punt on him too.

Already negativity about a race renewal and it's 12 months away <laugh>

With Willie Mullins still likely to have a strong hand in the mares race next year with Vroum Vroum Mag and Limini, I'd quite rate Lets Dance's chances in the Champion Hurdle.

Some probably think she won't run, but I think she is that good that they'll be tempted into having a go. I think we seen last year that the level of these mares races isn't all that far behind, especially when they get an allowance. So she'd be my pick

That would be an interesting angle, especially if we knew what their plans were for Melon. If she was their two miler for the big Irish races then she'd be very likely to shorten in the market next year.

RED JACK backed at 25/1 for the Supreme. 4 yr old owned by JP and a bit under the radar this one. Beat DEBUCHET (also a 4 yr old) well enough when winning its bumper and with the runner up filling the same position at Cheltenham, the form certainly has substance. File under 'Could be anything'.

DEBUCHET also backed at 16/1 for the Neptune.

Hi Ron. I have placed a total of 16 wagers - backed all of them in small eway trebles and four folds with a couple of five folds thrown in various permutations. Spent a grand total of £105.63 (£20 of that in free bets).

I 'only' need the eway part of one of the trebles to turn a tidy profit.

I don't consider any of them bankers either so I haven't relied too heavily on any single animal.

My eyes are wide open and I accept that I may get to the Festival next year with all of the accas blown out of the water, but my God, it would be amazing to have one still in with a chance <cheers>

If what Noel Meade is saying about him is true then he's a very special animal. Hope he's right.

Would love to see ya make a huge pay day from the ante post bets Drever <ok> don't go too mad though.

Hard not to be impressed with today's performance - Sky Bet duly cut him to 16/1 for the Supreme.
