There is no deal close for Omar Elabdellaoui. David Meyler likely to be available, back in training today. No other injury concerns. “It will be a difficult game at Chelsea. They are the best team in the Premier League right now because they are in first position.” “They didn’t start well but a change has led to a fantastic season. It will be tough, but we will try to compete in this game.” please log in to view this image “The most important thing for me is to get fit and be out on the pitch.” “I have an opportunity here at Hull now and it’s one that I’m determined to take.” “I came here to prove a point. If you lose two-nil or three-nil at Chelsea, people will say its normal.” “We have to be relaxed and try to play our football. I know if we keep the ball we can surprise a lot of the big teams.”
RH tweet from the press conference - Robert Snodgrass: "I don't have news on him. He has an injury." Hull City tweet from the press conference - Robert Snodgrass is a slight doubt for Chelsea with a muscle injury.
So we have one more player available than we did last week discounting injuries. It will be interesting to see how we do.
Livermore looks genuinely happy in the wba shirt holding pics, hope we aren't seeming similar pics of Snodgrass, hope the muscle injury sorts out and he's fit for Sunday.
Wow. Aging player gets 4.5 year deal at maybe 40k a week and him smiling is seen as a surprise or as a reflection on made up stuff around our club? Hahaha. Seriously. Stop it.
He's not aging? How long do you think he's got left at 40k a week? You think in 3 years time he'll be as good? Isn't that his likely to be his last PL signing? Think he'll play every game? This is an awesome deal for him personally. Wouldn't even you smile at that sort of deal?
Pointing out he's smiling because he's signed a brilliant deal for him and his family and not because he was desperate to get away from Ehab is arguing for arguing sake in your world? A forum on the internet maybe not the place for you.
He'll be 31 when the deal comes to an end, it's a perfectly reasonable contract to offer and I expect he'll be just as good at the end of it. It's a great deal for him, good luck to him.
Breathing actually causes us to die. Every time we breathe free radicals are created by the process of respiration and as the interactions between cells and free radicals accumulate the more damage is done. Oh and if you're chatting thermodynamics then entropy.
He will be at Villa in 2 years time when Pulis plays him as a right winger and he's sat on the bench all next season.
Doesn't sound like he's overly chuffed about losing Livermore... “We need to be fast, but we need the best solution,” Silva said of the Tigers’ forthcoming business. “We need wingers first for the squad and first we need to find these solutions before looking at midfielders. “I have the solutions in my mind to Livermore but its not always easy to make the solutions. “Jake is an important player for us and the club - it’s not good for us.”
