Chelsea to sell Michy. "failed to impress"

Call me mad, but how can you impress if you never play?
Certainly Conte has seen plenty during training, and to be fair, Michy has never impressed me much when he has played. Not easy when you only get 5 minutes at the fag end of the game. The only thing impressive then is that you are not asleep or frozen stiff.
The "experts" said these players "didn't impress " first up as well. Moses, Lampards' early efforts, Drogba, Thierry Henry, Pedro, and so it goes on.
You don't have to be an expert to know that when it comes to the PL, only a madman would dismiss a player as "not good enough " in his first season. Kevin de Bruyne anyone??? Or Matic ??
The PL is full of players who came good 2nd season. Hope Michy does get that chance

Chelsea forward Michy Batshuayi is set to ask about a summer loan move after failing to break into Conte’s lineup this season, according to London Evening Standard.

The Belgian star has not started a single Premier League game since joining the Blues from Marseille last July on a £33m move.

Batshuayi only featured in the EFL Cup and West Ham reportedly tried to land him to the Olympic Stadium earlier last month.

The 23-year-old is said to be in Chelsea plans despite not featuring in Premier League, but the former Marseille hitman could eye a move on loan to rediscover his best form.

 

Could be, but I was reading News Now which has articles from sources world wide, and it was full of the same report that Chelsea were to "cash in" on Michy. After what they paid, I can't see anyone offering more, so "cash out" might be a better term !!

 

Still think Michy has good potential. A good loan at Boro or similar PL teams with no strikers will suit him.

 

Either that, or playing for the team he's at now wouldn't hurt him either. It's not as if Costa is still setting the world on fire.

 

What's the chances of him going to Everton with Lukaku coming our way?

 

Fair shout mate. Not sure I would like Lukaku though.
