I'll be going and it will probably be my first game of the season. I don't think I can get to the Reading game as that's the day I return from holiday and I can't remember what time the plane's due to land. Hopefully about 3 o'clock
I'm on a plane back from a work trip to Japan for the Reading game. Last time I did that we had an against the odds last minute win..........
I remember it well. The last minute winner and that you was on a plane when it happened. Where was you flying from then?
It was Japan mate. Spent too much getting crappy plane wifi and found a stream which gave out when O'Neil was sent off. So I assumed we had lost, then a Gooner mate phoned me exactly when we landed in Amsterdam with the Zamora story. Went straight to the bar to celebrate while waiting for my connection home. I won't be bothering to find a stream for the Reading game, I'll save up all the joy for later.
£15 is still too much for this sort of game, we'll be lucky to top 5,000 for it. To be honest we wouldn't get a full house even if it was free entry with our woeful cup record. These seeded games should give the lower level team automatic home draw, it'd be less embarrassing when we lose...
