Channel 4 to take over from BBC

    Unless they have a highlights program on a free-to-air channel, the only watching of F1 that I'll be doing will be the end of season highlights dvd. Sky might get more people watch the F1 channel if they were to offer it separately (on Virgin as well), at a sensible price

    They have said their will be a highlights program, similar to match of the day. Still too little in my opinion.

    How bloody annoying is watching the race 'highlights' on the Channel 4 F1 website.

    I just want to skip through to various points in the race, but have to sit through adverts after adverts to do it, which at 3 mins or so each time seems like an eternity.

    Bloody awful.

    C4 do it with all their 'catch up' programs. Annoying but understandable, they do have to make money. I am pleased that during their live races they don't put adverts on.
