The good thing is any injuries should be cancelled out by the extra days rest we'll have over them. I see a late siege for a 2-1 win
No mate, finances are restricting me at the moment. Yet to get to a game this season which is poor, hoping to get up for a home game March/April time. How about you? Did you go boxing day?
Brothers, let us not been down-hearted (although I currently feel like I've been having sex in a dark closet with a very soft voluptuous lady, only to roll out and see the Queen's miserable scrotum looking face eyeing me up as she puts her clothes back on... Actually that could get me in trouble, I feel more like Fernando Alonso on hearing Massa didn't do his ****ing job... No actually it's more of a 6 month internet relationship turned actual date, only to find "Kelly" is actually a "Kevin" and he only wants my body...strapped to his table because he's a serial killer... No wait it feels less Santa Claus isn't real and isn't my dad, so it's just some fat guy who's shagging my mum, and more like finding out you're related to a Mackem, and they fancy you... Maybe not, perhaps a bit like finding out the meaning of life is to ask the question "what's the meaning of life" a certain amount of times before you die... Or it could be I feel like a homeless man being given a 5 bedroom, fully detached mansion with private gardens, but it's in Boro... No no no, it's definitely closer to watching "The 6th Sense" assuming Bruce is dead from the off and finding out that's actually "the big twist" everyone has been talking about... Actually, it's probably like reading this comment and thinking it's going somewhere, then noticing who the author is...)... One total catastrophe like that is just the beginning!!!
Two months later and following two mailings away I thought I would re post my original thought Pardew is clueless this long ball crap is awful. Just to highlight the dire situation the person who has scored 50% of our goals is leaving for peanuts. Hey go Please can you All look At your original comments regarding this over reaction
Lets stop kidding ourselves and see relegation is staring us in the face. We are in for a a hell of a scrap, along with at least 5 other teams for the bottom 3 places but if we continue with the hoof bll game then I do think we'll end up going down. Ashley had better get some signings in and quick.
You know I don't give a toss about what Sunderland do, or don't do. What matters, and only matters, is that there are three clubs below the Toon at the end of the season. Focussing on one club alone isn't going to help. Would anyone be happy finishing third bottom if Sunderland were second bottom? I should hope not; it's not Sunderland that Newcastle should be looking but the nineteen other teams who are the all the rivals all season long. Focussing on one side is a foolish, childish not to mention very short-sighted. The way things are going this club is going to play in the Championship next season. And, worse, with a weaker squad than there is now. That is the frightening prospect because if that happens then it may be a long time before promotion is regained. This club, at the moment, doesn't have the resources as it did last time to recover and to bounce back and I do fear the consequences.
Longi the league table should be read from top to bottom with the team with the most points at the top
we wont get relegated, our squad is simply too good, when hatem and yohan are back, and we get in debuchy and another striker, we will finish mid-table
I don't think we will be relegated to be honest and there is an awfully long way to go. However we do need to pick up and turn some of our better recent performances into points. Southampton and last night are the games which have worried me. Southampton was heartless and last night was really really naive.
