Yep, PB has got Southend firmly into playoff contention, having already got the Shrimpers up from Lg 2.

    Tigers legend.

Hudders won!!! Would be unbelieveble and brilliant if they got promoted. You and Middlesboro have to surive to give God's Country 3 in the PL as Yorkshire is seriously under-represented.

Juve have quite remarkably dropped Bonucci from tonight's first leg at Porto after he swore at Allegri when subbed at the end of their last league game.

Massive, massive call that and one I suspect will backfire.

Personally I think it's a load of bollocks. Most of the big teams on their winter break go and play a friendly somewhere to support their cash cows. How can flying to far off places and playing anyway be good for recuperation? I'd suggest the bigger issue is most English sides just arent as good as they tink they are and they just chuck their vast money at their squads and expect to win rather than coaching properly. Don't expect Chelsea to do any better next season either, Conte's UCL record at Juve was ****ing woeful and they improved immeasurably after he left.

Well for Lesta tonight could be the most important match for the rest of their season. If they get humped then it could shoot their lack confidence further, if they have a good result then could boost their survival hopes.

I'd quite like them to remain distracted as well though. It's a shame they're out the FA Cup. I know they played weakened teams but it meant they were going to get midweek PL games around weekend ones to fit the FAC games in so their players would get less recovery between those games.

What a **** defence - 6 in a row along the six yard box - the cross goes over the lot and a simple header in
