Off Topic Cashpoint experience !

When you click what they want you to click you fall for it, and they are going steal all your details I have never operated account with
Barclays Bank. That makes the email suspicious.

 

Yeah well thats got the libks in it so i deleted it ok.

Just to be safe cos someine might be thick enoigh to click them

 

Just e-mail them back and tell them you are glad they have contacted you as you have forgotten your password and would like them to e-mail/post it to you.

 

When your bank is writing to you they will not say dear customer, they are going to mention your name.

 

What about something like this....

You really must put (nm) after every time you say Mrs/Missus to avoid confusion.
