Hope he does well. I heard he wanted to go to Spain or Portugal. But he's better off here if he wants to break into the first team

 

Good news. At least West brom try to play decent football.

Would have liked to see him in Spain though (Valenica maybe?). He is far better suited to their style.

Yep. Hope he does really well and impresses Arsene. He's one of my favourite players and West Brom is the perfect team for him to get some much needed experience.

 

Has anyone ever seen him score a goal which wasn't a little chip over the keeper?

True Lady, he always seems to chip the keeper. He's a fantastic finisher tho, Arsene previously said Vela is the best finisher he's ever seen. Not sure if he meant that, but he's certainly up there.

 

Great to see him staying in England, hopefully he will gain some first team experience.

 

Also why didn't he join Bolton?

Do we think Wenger wasn't pleased with Coyle asking for more than 10 million for Cahill?

 

Glad he is staying in the prem, he needs to get some decent game time and build some strength!

I don't think he was guaranteed first team football at Bolton mate. Davies and Elmander have done really well for them this season and it would be wrong for Owen Coyle to drop one of them.

Half a season of regular playing time in this league with a team who play decent football is a good move. His Arsenal career will be decided upon this loan, whether he sinks or swims.

 

Don’t think he has push on from when he first appeared with his amazing 'dinks'.
He needs a decent run of games and some confidence.

Think its a good idea for next season, he could do a Jack.

Crunch time for a lot of the young/ish players at arsenal. Wenger's going to have a real selection problem next season.
I expect some players to leave for sure, what if we get Hazard too...
