I also thought Mark Walton was excellent and the 'piano movers' analogy was brilliant. If we win at Wigan, we'll be in the top six!
I think we are: 4 clean sheets in the last 6 matches speaks volumes. What was really impressive was the way he commanded his area and neutralised all the crosses and long throws Cardiff were putting in.
It looks like our new left back can boost big John's confidence even more! Let's hope we don't do a typical Norwich on Tuesday against a struggling Wigan!
Yeah, but those 20 seconds mean 3 points for us and 7th in the table! It doesn't always have to be pretty! I said it above and I'll say it again - if we win at Wigan we'll be in the top 6! We're now joint top with Newcastle in the form table as well.
So why the change of fortune? Why not another Rotherham horror show?We still have the same manager with three players gone and two arrivals. Surely it can't be the change of players or is it that some big egos have departed? For me Wigan away on Tuesday will be another Rotherham; if we win this game I will begin to believe in a 6th position finish again.
I'm hopeful that we can make the play-offs and of the teams currently in the top 6, I think Huddersfield will be difficult to beat. I still don't regret giving up my season ticket for next season!!!!
I would have been interesting in another way had we carried on like we did a month ago, albeit a different kind of interesting
It must have started to get to the point where you don't fancy staying up til stupid o'clock on a Tuesday to listen to us get humped on Radio Norfolk?
Correct - Indeed I did not listen to Southampton away. First game I missed intentionally since I arrived here
Saturday matches, until the clocks change, start at 11pm for me. Given that I go on the hash (hash house harriers, a drinking club with a walking problem ) on a Saturday afternoon and usually walk about 8/9 klicks before dowing copious amounts of San Miguel, I am lucky if I am in any sort of condition to follow the matches.
Gary Gowers article on yesterday's win - http://norwichcity.myfootballwriter...-for-yarmy-as-city-make-it-three-on-the-spin/ I especially liked this - "There is something hugely satisfying about getting a rise out of Neil Warnock anytime. But to get one while snaffling our first three points on the road since 1st October was a huge, fat, juicy bonus."
Great goal from Cam Jam. Very good save from Ruddy. Those highlights didn't really show anything of the new lads though.
