My thoughts exactly ILD and I won't even bother reading the excuses trotted out by AN and the players - I wonder if we'll see a completely different 11 against the 'mighty Leeds' on Tuesday???

Radio Norfolk are suggesting that the
performance was lack-lustre with the players showing little desire to get a result. Probably our worst performance all season. Now 4th and an away match at Brighton to look forward to. EFL Cup match at Leeds looks like a match too far.

Wheeeey!!! A 3rd Prediction of mine came true!

I got the Hat-trick Naismith would have got! (Had AN remembered he could make a 3rd sub)

On the train home. Gutless, uninspired display today with too many players showing no desire, passion or drive. Way too predictable, way too pedestrian, way too poor.

To be fair Preston were very good - well organised, well drilled, well prepared and wanted it more than we did. On current form they look a good bet for the play-offs.

Not sure what AN can do about it if the players show no desire or attitude but we need a bit more passion and craft if we are to get results out of games like these.

We should forgo corners in future, we are absolutely shyte at them, most of them went straight to their keeper today and the mighty WES even managed to miss the pitch altogether, putting it about a foot off the ground straight into the side netting. It's a joke and a disgrace!

    McGovern admits that the defence
"switched off" when Preston scored from their coner. He doesn't seem to know why. Is there something rotten in the state of Carrow Road?

It's looking like the manager has lost the dressing room!
We've got some very good players but he doesn't seem to be able to get them to gel as a team! I'm a bit bothered by what I saw today, that was NOT a team performance!

Luckily, I wasn't at St Andrews to witness our capitutlation there, but If Archant decide to publish the player ratings on line, (I won't buy an EEN or EDP), then I guess they'd be pretty similar to the ratings then, when I think the ojnly player to make a '7' was Jacob and there were several who only got 5.5.

I'm very surprised that the manager was calling players over to give them instructions (presumably) 5 minutes after half time, what did he use the 15 minute halftime break for? Whatever it was it didn't get through to the players or it didn't work, it's quite worrying.
