How do we know you'll admit it if someone gets it right? You need to PM the answer to someone and they don't get to guess but will act impartially when the correct answer is posted.
To crack the code you must theorise it's construction within any context gained via additional intel. Context has been given (the clues). Clearly the code is sequence/word based (spaces are included in the code) So then is it a simple alphabetic translation where letters are supplanted by a simple offset? For example a = a +3; we can try this by iteration of different offsets to see if it fits the contextual clues. On the other hand, are the "clues" a cryptographic key that instead of being context are indeed seed to the rule used.... ...av got fed up writing this ****e. In other words, meh.
