Can We Sting The Hornets

We were stung last time out
But as we know so well,
It´s the next game we find out,
If we have lost the spell,
And so far those about us
Have found to their dismay,
There´s been no cause to doubt us
When we´ve lost points in play,
We´ve always gained momentum
From losing now and then,
And bounced back in contention
With a win once again,
So can we sting the Hornets
When we enter their nest,
To a fanfare of cornets
Will we be at our best,
For they too tasted defeat
When they last did appear,
But we´ll not want a repeat
Of our first game this year,
So I expect to see us
With a zip in our tails,
So Malky´s swarm might flee us
As we make up for Wales,
But watch out for one Graham
Who much like our own ´horse´,
Likes scoring, if they lay ´em
Where he can be a force,
I fancy us to nick it
But not by three or four,
So we retain our ticket
At least for one game more. OTBC
