Can someone please explain to me why Lovren was given a new contract?

This has nothing to do with fsg. Klopp wouldn't have given him a new contract I feel he didn't want him as part of the squad.

Lovren was poor at Soton bar a few months when they had a fully fit Wanyama and Schneiderlin ahead of him, protecting him. When Wanyama was injured, Lovren was exposed for the fraud he is. He was poor in France and poor in England.

The system is aggressive but we need to look at improving the personnel to really see how weak the system is.

That's what I'm saying: how much clout does Klopp have? Not much if this is anything to go by.

Why, maybe Klopp rates him and this shows that he has a lot of clout.

That does say to me that we are lacking a quality DM (or any DM imo)

Lucas is past it, Can is not a DM, Henderson injured alot and can't tackle.

As a defender. You either believe Klopp when he says he has the final word on players or think that he is just another yes man like Brendan, which is it?

You don't know this, you're jumping to conclusions because the manager isn't doing what you want him to do.

I disagree as clearly jimmy doesnt remember that fat mess who was so unprofessional.

Lovren is a firmer refugee who work hard and temries his best.

Bashing the guy while hes olayed pretty ok while his marriage went down the oan and never whined while the scum targetted him etc etc.

Miles and ****ing miles different to neil ruddock who frankly was good in air but an alcholic and so unfit.

Well hes gotten better. He has gaffed a couple times but he has done better overall

Lovren better realise this makes him a senior pro at club and he should man up and act it by demanding more out of players around him.
