    Cairney reminds me of Rob Lee when we first signed him, or Parker when he was on form - dominates midfield and controls everything and scores plenty too.

    Shelvey is much more Beckham esque, ie just passes as soon as he has the ball, better long passer.than Cairney, but thats about it.

    We should go all out for Cairney, hes worth every bit of £20m if that's ehat hes going for.

    If we can't get siggurdson then yes carney would be nice. Jesse lingaard would be good too if he's in search of getting some more playing time.

    Lingaard is playing quite a big role at Man Utd nowerdays. I'd like him though mind. I think he's very good and the kind of player we are missing.

    Quality player, can't be compared to Shelvey as they are different types of midfielders.
    Shelvey sits far deeper than Cairney.

    He'll be gone in summer. I would have loved him to come to us when he moved to Spurs. Would have been perfect for us. If Everton want him he'll be very good signing for them. £25m and he'll go.
