Kos looked like he handballed that ball into the net, but it probably makes up for the 2 or 3 handballs from Burnley that weren't given as pens.
Burnley defended resolutely, but we ****ing deserved that. Love scoring last-minute winners. I really do.
Yep, sometimes these victories are even sweeter than the times that we blow teams away in the 1st half.
Burnley have no choice but to play like that...think you spent more than them in this window than they have ever spent in their entire history. If they had tried to out play you it would have been a walk in the park for you.
Ok, rival fans are getting their knickers in a twist about this. So let's just nip this in the bud: 1) Watch the replay again. Both Ox and Koscielny were onside. 2) Oxlade-Chamberlain kicked it up and it hit Koscielny's face and hand, but he clearly knew nothing about it. Would have been ridiculously harsh to have chalked that goal off when he had no idea about it himself.
Fair play to them, they had a game plan and it almost came off. Thought we deserved that bit of luck at the end seeing as we had 2 or 3 good shouts for a pen from burnley handballs in the box
Cant blame them, its had a lot of success against us over the years. On another day one of their set pieces goes in and they get a 1-0 win
We will still bollocks things up though Was the best spurs performance in years ... and we've had a few to choose from so I am very happy tonight
Burnley could not string more than 3 passes together in the last 10 mins...me and my daughter were counting them. They simply kept giving the ball back to you and over the course of 90 mins you can not hope to keep a clean sheet without luck ... and they used that v Liverpool.
