Prediction League Brixton R Memorial Prediction League - Update

4 games since last update and things are getting tighter at the top....

Hammersmith Junior kindly PM'd me to tell me that I had gone to the top before the Balckburn game and then he goes and regains the lead straight away in that round of games. However myself and Wherever have clawed our way back to the top with a 3 point difference for the Huddersfield game over Hammersmith.........

Overall scoring hasn't been high over these 4 rounds, maybe we're too optimistic with our predictions for the R's games, the best scores were 10 points by Hoops Eternal and Peter 54 in the Newcastle round of games and 999's getting 10 last weekend.

There's a 12 point gap between Hammersmith and Steelmonkey and a further 3 point to Durbar, but as we have seen already this season those sort of gaps can be closed quite easily......

I've done bit of a cull for those who haven't posted in last 2 months.

Always the eternal optimist with my R's scores, it must be the other two selectons saving my bacon to attain my relatively lofty current position. I'm afraid it's just not in my DNA to put us down for losses.

 

Mid-table obscurity. I admit that I would love QPR to be in that position now.

Yes, as supporters, I am sure that most generally are too optimistic As they say, "it is the hope that kills you".
