3 more games gone since last update and we have a new leader, Hammersmith Junior courtesy of picking up 31 points in those games, 2 lots of 10 points for 2 correct scores each time and 11 points for a correct score and 2 correct results.......<applause>

Hoops Eternal has been joined by Steelmonkey in 2nd place with Wherever a further point back. These 4 have opened up a little gap on the chasing pack.

Finally we had our first maximum score of 15 points of the season, the beers are on Shawswood, aka Grinning_Cur, aka Twins, who correctly predicted the 3 scores the weekend we played Birmingham. Well done Sir.:emoticon-0167-beer:

Only 3 points behind Nines, who I know for a fact spends his retirement studying form, fixture history, player injuries etc. He puts hours, even days, into every prediction. As for Beth, she has labs and computer mainframes at her disposal and still can't keep up with the Lord of the Low Scoring Draw.

Just to put some clarity on it all ................
The top third are professional ring ins.
The middle third can consider themselves punching above their weight,
........and then there is the bottom third, us normal civilized decent law-biding citizens who have more to do in life than crunch figures, follow ink-tastic footballers who are open to bribes and dodgy advisory managers who would sell their grandmothers if they could make a buck.

    Yours sincerely,
    I.M.A. Nobody

I also have an overiding surge of optimism come over me every once in a while too Stan
Until I can find some drugs to knock that impulse down I have no chance competing with you

You think 1-1 isn't optimistic enough?

PPPMMMMFFFFFFFFFFFF, I sir can categorically state I cannot possibly be punching above my weight as the only weight above me is obese, and as for being a ringer I can again categorically state the only thing I ever ring is the bell at a bar when requiring the services of a barmaid, therefore I must be a lucky Cnut or everybody below me is crap at predictions,Either way I shall continue to enjoy my heady but false position of joint 7th whilst it lasts, But thank you anyway for assuming I am an Obese Camponoligist.
    Yours sincerely,
    Bat Fas'Tard.

Having slipped into the position of also-ran, I remain optimistic of the bottom third finish that I am accustomed to.
