If that was the score LJ would still bulls--t his way out of it. Probably say we were unlucky but the first goal was the decider. Going for a 2-1 Norwich win.
Bloody hell lads and we thought we were depressed, we've recently lost to Rotherham and Burton so I reckon you'll get at least a point
So did we mate our incompetent Board decided to back our manager even after a winless run of ten games, although Alex Neil did manage to get us promoted the season before last he has now basically taken us backwards. We even had Cameron Jerome coming out post match Saturday saying the players weren't showing the coaching staff or their colleagues respect FFS ! With Delia's refusal to even consider offers for the club even if one was forthcoming it makes matters even worse
We must have the same board. We extend the contract of our manager/coach for losing games on the bounce. Any way I am sure you will enjoy a rare away win. If you are coming to the Gate tonight join in the booing and have a great evening.
'Bloody hell lads and we thought we were depressed' You don't come close KIO - 14 points from the last 75. Lee Johnson holds 2 records as manager - Barnsley and Bristol City's longest losing run in each other's history. That's some accolade. Should you score first, please God, the Ashton Gate Volcano will erupt.
Bloody hell - "Ashton Gate Volcano" - do us a favout Redprintt pal........... The last time you had an eruption at the Gate was when Lee Trundle fell over and it registered 6.5 on the Richter Scale..... Serious though gents, that's bloody strong Velcro that Johnson must be wearing - he's sticking like **** to a blanket. We play Blackburn tonight and if we don't get a result up there and slow down the "Mowbray effect" you'll be right in the **** if Norwich put one across you and "Velcro" remains on board. Both Wigan and Wolves are better than you at the moment and Burton are right battlers. You'll have to pray that that Forest win over Brighton last weekend was a flash in the pan because they were a prime relegation candidate for me before that result. Keep battling guys and we may just still have a chance of another couple of cross channel battles next season
We are so **** you'll probably win with your teams staying in the changing room for 90 minutes, we're bloody useless
Hi Sparkle, yes you are dead right we look certs for the big drop but you've got your problems as well mate, well financial ones, just make sure that Colin does his bit for us tonight, he loves us really. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/39191557
Hi Wiz - I wont ruin your match thread with a conversation over our finances other than to say that was a very good financial result for us last year.......and it's getting better.
I won't get into detail, you are correct, wrong time to discuss your losses when you consider the complete mess we are in, nice to see you about the boards.
I look in from time to time but not as an opportunist to gloat or wum. I just love the game and the rivalry in general - nothing personal. Sad state of affairs over there and I genuinely feel for dedicated club supporters whatever colours they wear when they seem powerless to sort things out themselves.
How fit/match-ready Abraham is at could have a significant bearing. I think that if they were in form thatTaylor, Djuric and Wilbraham are capable of grabbing goals, but with us in such dire straits, they don't offer the same star quality as Tammy. I suspect he'll start on the bench come on 2nd half. If Norwich score first, then I think the atmosphere will turn very negative and make things that much more difficult... I think that'll happen too. A defeat against Burton might well have been enough for SL to have felt he had no choice but to swing the axe. Defeat tonight should be enough also. Teetering between a 1-1 draw, or 2-1 Norwich win.
