They're a win away from being promoted to the premier league, How do you think they'll do next season ?

They've done well for a few seasons now, I imagine they'll struggle next season but they may well be the next WBA so relegated yes but back up again.

They'll do ok, the other Prem teams won't be used to playing on a pebble beach. It's genius tbf.

I think they would struggle massively over the course of a season....but Chrissy Hughton is a Spurs boy so I wish him the best of luck whoever he is managing.

It really depends on what sort of signings they make in the summer.
If you were to put their current team in the PL, it would struggle, bottom 3 for sure.
But if they can make some shrewd signings, and Hughton has PL management experience with Newcastle, that might change things.

I don't think you can ever tell until you see how a team handles the transition. But regardless I think that if they do go down they'll be back again the season after as they seem to have a solid structure to the club and a good manager in place.

Fair enough, I've watched them for the last couple of seasons, they remind me a lot of Leicester.

A lot of the anti-Brighton venom on here is just masked homophobia. It's sad it really is. Bus stop ****ers!

Does that mean Bisc will start a "Brighton Spiral watch" thread?

It depends how they approach recruitment.
They have a good first 11 as it is so may surprise a few.
    The one worry is finance.
They posted a £20m plus loss last year so not sure if there will be big
Money available to Sir Chris H as it may be diverted to help shore up finances.
Hughton is one of the nicest blokes in football IMHO so good luck to him. Fully deserves all the accolades he gets.

Exactly, if they follow a Burnley - they may revive again after couple of seasons.
But if the manager is sacked due to poor PL showing, they may be impacted.

Looking forward to them coming up as my Cousin's daughter is a coach for their ladies team, so that means she can get me tickets when Arsenal go there :)
