Not a joke is it? Only QPR could do this to themselves. It's so unnecessary. All we had to do was get a couple of draws or one win and we were safe. Now we've got all this pressure. ****ing football, I'm off for a drink!
What a miserable read this thread is. Thing is though, when we were top of the form table, we were all happy with and excited about the team. We were praising players like furlong, Washington, freeman, luongo, Robinson... I'll be honest and say I've not seen one match this season, even of all the games I've recorded, I've only watched the Brighton match, so I certainly have no authority here, but all the changes aside, is that team that was doing well before this appalling run not still worth sticking with? Is it really that bad?
Yes it really is that bad..and what team are you talking about, theres been god knows how many permutations ollie has tinkered with.
There is a reasonable team in there somewhere.......thats why so many are so pi**ed off with Hollowheads chopping and changing 5 players every match, they're not hacked off with the players ffs
If memory serves me right,i cant recall many people being "happy" and "excited" about the team..happy to get rid of the grasping merceneries and trouble makers yes,but not with the style of our football..imo Charles Hughes would have a b***r up to his neck watching us use his methods#Hoofball
I'm talking about the players who beat Cardiff, Barnsley, Rotherham, Birmingham, drew at Leeds. I seem to remember a different set of opinions being spouted out at that time and also several people taking back their initial complaints about Holloway. Not saying that 30 odd changes since isn't bizarre, but it's fundamentally the same group of players.
You will be fine, you always beat forest, Blackburn won't win 2 in a row. Still not a good season for the r s, part from those 3 pen misses
Wow, talk about us being a zo zo club. We were all down after the last couple of managers failed. I and many were pleased when Ollie was appointed, knowing how he felt about the club. He took a while to get going but for a moment there, we were winning and feeling like we had finally found our feet. Finally were we balanced and building for a big season next time around. What happened???? Ollies' fallen of his perch, the team supposedly are playing busted a-holes and the fans are up in arms! Crazy thing is .............. this is typical of our club. Never just smooth sailing ................ always a soap drama to the max. I've / we've, gone from feeling great about ourselves to feeling contempt to the manager and club. It's either sky high or down in the mudpits ..............mostly mudpits. Hopefully, it can only get better. Aussie.
Think the problem could be too many staff in the background all wanting their say time to let the manager manage?
"Holloway, targeted by Rangers fans who hurled rubbish at him at full-time, added: "For me it's simple. We have to draw or win next week. We still have work to do. Anyone who is a real QPR fan has to take this one on the chin with dignity because we have to come together to beat Forest." Holloway should have been doing this on 18th March after crushing Rotherham and 9 games left. But no, 3 games left and he's having to say it. And all the fans who are fed up following the team home and away, paying their hard earned silver, to watch crazy line-ups and weird tactics ... well, you may not be real fans or allowed to voice your opinion. Really!!!!
If you were looking at those results based on form, none of them were 'improving' teams, they all have dropped off since that run as well so it was a bit of a false dawn. Whenever we play good teams we always come up short...
Absolutely spot on! All these changes have ****ed up any cohesion that was gained playing with a much less changed side. WHY doesn't he get it? Stubborn? Thick? He is frustrating the hell out of me! This could very well happen. I'm going next week and absolutely dreading it.
It's all the changes that have caused this. It's not all the same players that were on that winning run. Plus, even when it has been largely those players, the idiot has tried different tactics 3 or 4 times a game. It doesn't work!! You and Ollie don't seem to get that.
