    FFS.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Dinner can also be tea.

Or for fattys. Breakfast, brunch, lunch, tea, dinner, supper.

Eating food I don't think should be in an English breakfast isn't the same as being repeatedly referred to as some sort of dirty **** by a ****ing window licker for pointing out that other people don't wash their hands every time they have touched their knob.

    Therefore, you're forgiven.

As to the perfect English breakfast.

For me there has to be mushrooms. I would also demand some form of potato product. Potato cake, hash brown, or a homemade rosti.

If there are beans on the plate they need to be good quality ones preferably Branson and they need to have been heated on the stove slowly so they go a bit stodgy. Can't be having runny bean juice making things that should be crispy soggy. Same with any tomatoes. No juice allowed just a splash of Worcester sauce.

Am I the only one who prefers the egg(s) poached?

    Black pudding is essential.

Very rarely eat breakfast as I'm usually in the gym early. I might have some amino acids in water before I go. Protein shake when I get back.

Lunch, then dinner or supper depending if we're in or out.

Not really, just means know where the meat you're eating comes from, if possible.

Animals can be fed all kinds of cheap **** in pursuit of producing cheap meat.

Do the Spanish in your area go for breakfast at about 10?

Quality produce over in Spain. Only thing that is tricky to get is proper joints of beef. They don't seem to do the same cuts we have.

I do enjoy the sausages in Spain though. Masymas do a multipack with three different varieties in. One is like a traditional pork sausage, one has chorizo in it and the other is similar to black pudding.

The workers are usually in the bar by 9- 9.30. That includes Guardia and Locales. Coffee + any kind of spirit. Brandy or a Spanish liqueur.
