I never had a lot of time for Jermaine Defoe until he struck up the relationship with this brave young man.

    RIP Bradley <rose><rose><rose><rose>

A truly sad story and my thoughts go out to his family. My respect level for Jermaine Defoe has risen sharply for the support and friendship he offered to Bradley and his family.

    R.I.P. Bradley.

Real shame.. he seemed a lovely kid.

The one reservation I have about this is Jermaine Defoe is getting all the sympathy and praise for being such a good friend and don't get me wrong, he certainly was, but I just feel its distracting from the parents grief a little!

    RIP Bradley.

To be fair, having lost a child the much distraction away from the grief would possibly be a blessing. All I can remember was wanting to hide away from the world.
They will be hurting like mad, but the image of knowing their child gripped the nation would certainly leave some good memories in their hearts at the moment.

    RIP little man.

Can't even imagine how that would be to go through. Sorry to hear RoD.

28 years ago now, but if I never went through that I wouldn't have what I have now, is the only way to look at it.
