Difficult to tell wasn't it; so bloody fast. If Bellend gets past the first round, he'll need a change of shorts before going out for the second
Bellend? Tony has gone from an also ran fighter to a guy who will be earning a couple of million quid in a few months. All because he has spouted his mouth off continously. He has done a brilliant PR job here...hats off to the guy! That said,it wont last 3 rounds.
I don't think it'll end quickly. Haye will move around taking fast potshots at a slow Bellew, so I think if and when a stoppage comes, it'll be a bit later on. Unless Haye changes his natural game and goes in like a bat out hell, I can't see it finishing in the first two rounds. I think Haye might pick Bellew apart before he does him.
I think if we're going to make predictions STH, we should all, like you, take a leaf out of Ali's book and do 'em in rhyme.
Going the distance, Bellew looking to survive. Personally, I think Haye will eat him alive. With a bit of luck, it'll be over by five.
Russian IBF Super Lightweight Champion Eduard Troyanovsky yesterday stepped into the ring to defend his title against the Namibian Julius Indongo. Both men were undefeated. Of his 24 fights, Troyanovsky had won 22 by KO, Indongo's 20 wins came with 10 KOs. There's only 8:23 of film, but it has a bit of the wow factor about it.
I don't know if it's true or not, but I've just read that the winner of Saturday's WBO Title fight between Joe Parker and Andy Ruiz has to fight Hughie Fury within 90 days.
Embarrassing scenes from earlier in the Whyte-Chisora press conference. Chisora 'threw' a table at Whyte after threats. How have two bang average fighters managed to hype their way up to a penultimate fight on an AJ undercard?!?! Truly embarrassing.
Thoroughly agree. Watching these two slow muppets hug each other and try to land shots and mostly fail until one is more tired than the other. How does Chisora still have a career?! He's awful!
