    He hit the target, that's more than most of our strikers can manage. At the end of the day he hasn't caused violence, or damaged anything, all he's done is kick a ball on a football pitch, which probably entertained the crowd more than all the football played at Upton Park last season.

    Yeah, although if they didn't punish him, people would be doing this every week- and it'd get tiresome for anyone wanting to watch a game.

    yeah, he's a bit of a dick for sure, a season or 2 ban and a small fine would be sufficient, but 10 years and a £5000 fine, hooligans get less. I think it's because he outshone our team that's the cause of the severity
