Who is at fault though, GFH or Cellino? Cellino didn't want to stump up the cash so he came to an agreement with them. I hate GFH but you can't blame them for wanting what they feel is owed, the idiot in this is Cellino, he agreed to the terms and signed the agreements.
Its cellinos fault, same as the lack of a preseason last year ( a **** up we are about to repeat btw), and the lack of recruitment in january.. He is the main reason our season started late and fizzled out so spectacularly... If corbyn was a football club owner.......
no quite true last year cellino tried to stop your players going on their hols at seasons end because he was paying their wages up to june this year they went on hols in March
Honestly, this is all an overreaction. This has been known for ages, we all debated it months ago. GFH placed a charge on the club of 17 million when Cellino bought 100% of the club. It meant no major outlay could be made without it being settled, i.e. Cellino couldn't buy back ER without paying the 17 million back to GFH first. Radz must have been aware of it when he bought his half of the club, it's there on companies house ffs. The only thing I thought (read reported) was that the club (Cellino / Radz) had negotiated to pay it over however many years. Point is it surely can't be a deal breaker as all parties must have known the charge was in place. We ARE in silly non news season remember.
