in case even after re reading it you still do not get it ... my 9 year old grandchild did ! his comment was "oh granddad I hope it isn't going to end like that today, I want city to win and the others lose"

 

So can you ask your grandchild to explain how did Burton get an extra three points?

THE WORST SCENARIO

OK I will break it down for you:-
a)gdknac stated "Birmingham v Burton also means points will be available but also lost too (ie) they both cant win or lose" ( hint, this applies to BLACKBURN v City both cannot win or lose )
b)so should Burton win and ,Blackburn win then Birmingham and City get no points
c)Nottingham Forest play CARDIFF so to complete the scenario it is painting the worst picture so Nottingham Forest win.
d)A clue is played 43 games ( today is game 43 and then just 3 more to play
e) In the biggest letters in bright red ( apologies if you are colour blind) it says .... THE WORST SCENARIO so putting 43 worst scenario together = the worst scenario
f) I wont repeat what my grandson said when I pointed out you would like him to explain, but in this comment was "what school do you go to"

 

Tell your grandson it doesn't matter what school you went to as long as you learnt from it.

Burton was on 45 points, your rambling won't make any difference when you keep going on.

YOU HAD BURTON ON 51 POINTS.

My granddaughter who don't go to school yet can probably work out that 45 + 3 does not equate to 51.
So please don't teach your grandson anything as you just ramble on and talk goobly goop.

 

Anyway - a decent result for us

 

An away draw after 2 wins is acceptable and my late rise this morning made it all over before my morning coffee. We have climbed further towards safety but we are still not there yet and the final act of defiance has to be a win against Barnsley next time out. Do it boys.

well had it been me spotting it on someone elses article, I would have said 45 plus 3 is not 51, it is 48, a simple thing made complicated .......
bit like SL saying LJ aint going nowhere .... and still peeps harp on!

 

apologies gdknac, it is a simple error I added 3 on to Burton's 45, got distracted and and did it again previous post explains.. I was also in financial services but only for 6 years... up until the start of the gulf war.

 

I too work in financial services. Based in Swindon it doesn't take a genius to deduce for whom!!!

 

Yep Johnson out,this team should be fighting for a play off spot not a relegation fight.
