Anita hasn't at RB (and I'd argue at CM he wasn't good enough). He'll get found out defensively over the course of a season in the Prem. I never saw Ritchie in the Premier League so I can't say whether he was 'proven' or not. Looking at him this season I can see he'll do okay but he won't be as effective against quicker defenders in that league. Good enough for the squad, yes, but I think we may need a better player bringing in.
