I've got to admit I used to love Big Deal, right up my street ! Brilliant show, and a disgrace that it's never been on again. Lost somewhere in the archives no doubt.
I enjoyed "Perfect World" with Paul Kaye as Bob Slay; not sure if it's ever been shown again, but would like to see it on UK Rust. "Johnny Jarvis" and "Tucker's Luck" would probably show their age now, but would be welcome nostalgia for me.
Was definately shown on C4 in early 80s, as I watched it then - it's also doing the rounds on one of the cable channels at the moment - enjoying dipping into it every now and then, although it is showing its age.
Christ johnny Jarvis, I'd forgotten that show. Used to like Tuckers Luck too, really used to fancy his girlfriend as well.
Michael Elphick? Liked that one too. So many good programmes, but nowadays you can watch almost anything if you know where to look, so all these programmes pop up on the cable/satellite networks. I liked "The Adventure Game" as some light entertainment as a kid...
I liked this & Boys from the Bush. I can't guarentee these haven't been repeated, but I will add from the world of comedy, I didn't know you Cared & A Very Peculiar Practice.
