Serious question, can we complain to an independent regular about the BBC's F1 coverage? I mean we, as license payers, are paying for it, so do we have any say in how the BBC covers F1, or at very least expand it's coverage to more than 1 driver.

Complain direct to the BBC. Although this un-elected body dictates to every household with a TV (and apparently attempts to do so to all those without) it does read all complaints and virtually all do get a response of some sort.
