I didn't say that Barcelona weren't helped by some dodgy refereeing. But there are questionable decisions in every game. You also have to consider the sour-grapes aspect and the fact that because it was such a sensational result there will always be plenty of people wanting to undermine such an achievement. The fact remains though, that Barcelona dominated the game, PSG got their tactics wrong, and it was an amazing spectacle. The referee has little to no control over the first two of those three factors and the final one remains true whether it was an honestly gained win or a dishonest one.
I understand what your saying but many are saying that this fixture had more than usually accepted as when a referee has a poor game with some news sites suggesting that his bank accounts should be frozen or at least viewed.
