Is this the quietest board on the entire site? Perhaps it is after another depressing defeat to another relegation haunted team? This being the Villa board, I wont expect many replies
Stats wise, the West Brom board is quietest board of the premier league teams. I think the Villa fans of BBC 606 joined Sports Witness or something like that.
A lot of WBA fans went to 12 Yards where they have a lot of banter with Wolves fans. But on the larger scene, this is a problem that I saw coming after the BBC 606 days. Too many forums sprang up, I did a survey on nearly two dozen of them about a year back. But the Not 606 forum is doing remarkably well if I may say so; I'm on lots of sites as part of my 'outreach activity' for Royals Rendezvous and it's the best represented site without question now. I'm not sure what's happened with JA 606, but there has been a steady decrease these last six months. Some sites have gone out of operation altogether, and others manifestly showing no moderational interest; it's laughable, for example, to see Pompey listed as a premier league team still! Apart from Not 606, a warm word towards Sports 262; much smaller, true, but a real family site with - strangely - more activity at League 1, 2 and Conference level than for the premier! Well, there are my thoughts, in case they're of any use ... daib0
Can't believe it's still so quiet on here... ....with all this recent 'excitement' surrounding the hapless Aston Vile (sic), I thought it would have been a hive of activity. <relegationandakippertie>
They were keen to mock and dance on the grave of a team and fans who had NOT done anything to or towards them Now, they are showing how truly crappy their support is. They mocked Newcastle for turning up when they were served such crap. Now they are in a similar position - and they desert the ship in DROVES The only areas of Villa Park that wasn't a mass of empty spaces was the away end. THE NEWCASTLE END You lot are a laughable embarrasment to Prem football. All mouth, no brains and little support when needed Personally, I think Villa will get out of it. Like ourselves, only JUST. But these pathetic excuses for fans at Villa so thoroughly deserve relegation.
Do you still hate Mr Ashley, short memory you have my boy. The real fans were there, and still will be for years to come, and for the record I am not a Villa fan.

I am a member of several Forums so am away from here quite a lot. This is mainly due to Moderating duties elsewhere, but I'll still pop in here from time to time.
