You'd never think United were unbeaten in 25 matches. They have been terrible. Difficult to say whether Arsenal have been good or United just ****.
Great win for us and Wenger finally got the monkey off his back by beating Mourinho in the league. Thought we played really well in the 2nd half. Upped the tempo, took some risks and got our rewards. Ox deserves a lot of credit for a great performance. He often gets a lot of stick, so it's right that he should get the plaudits when he plays well
Who would want to play in this Mourinho team ? They are as boring as ****. Maureen came to park the bus and try and nick a point and when we went 1-0 up. He had nothing to offer. The have drawn so many games this season and must be considered as one of the most boring teams in the PL The likes of Mbappe and the hot property in this transfer window are going to look at that and think why would they want to be a part of it.
We deserved to win that on the balance of play and that Man U weren't doing much second half. I don't believe that Maureen didn't want to win that game, if not for top 4, beating Wenger is his usual priority. Good to see Wenger finally beat Maureen even if it was in lesser conditions. As a fan i want Arsenal to qualify for CL, but as a neutral, neither us or Man U should. Both teams seriously lack quality and shouldn't be allowed to enter the CL. But when was the CL ever anything other than being about money...
I still think top 4 is out of our reach and we've left this mini-resurgence too late. However, I am glad that Wenger has finally beaten Mourinho in a competitive match. For all his flaws, if there's one man I want Wenger to do well against, it's Mourinho. I'm glad, that not only have United dropped 5 points against us this season, but we ended their 25 game unbeaten run in the league. I don't think it was a particularly exciting game by either side. Although all that matters at this stage is the 3 points. We probably won't get a Champions League spot this season, but I still want the players to give it their all for the remaining 4 games we have left in the league. After the horrendous season we've endured, it's the very least they owe us. Welbeck seems to really enjoy scoring against his former club it seems
