Yeah, you have a good replacement in that position. I still think you'll need to replace Walker though as Trippier won't be able to play every game next season. Spurs have a good starting XI, but need much better quality in the depth of their squad.

  2. Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez is willing to take a pay cut in order to join Manchester City this summer. The 28-year-old Chile international wants to join City in favour of Bayern Munich, Paris St-Germain and Juventus. (Independent)

    Ouch!

  3. Spanish striker Lucas Perez, 28, wants to leave Arsenal after feeling "cheated" by his treatment at the club, including new signing Alexandre Lacazette being given the number nine shirt. (La Voz de Galicia, via Daily Telegraph)

Soon, there won't be anyone left at Arsenal!

Arsenal have got a big squad, that's why they have to trim some numbers as we bring new players in.

Amateurish **** up this one HIAG.

  5. SANCHEZ TO GO ON STRIKE!

That's what's being reported in The Sun.

It's claimed that Sanchez, who is currently off "sick," could go on strike if Wenger refuses to let him leave the club.

City have been engaged in a major tapping-up campaign to turn the player's head, and it appears to be working.

Strike action by the player would be massively embarrassing for the club.

I'm not saying it's going to happen, I'm only reporting on solid rumours.

Since when did you get so scared of backlash that you had to start putting disclaimers on the end of your posts?

  8. It's not fear, Cini.

It's an attempt to stop a certain type of poster from making a complete muppet of themselves.

I'm sure that we both know to whom I am referring.

  10. I noticed, in yesterday's news media, that there was a suggestion of Sanchez going on strike to force a move away from Arsenal. It's clear that Wenger is clinging on to him like the fat girl at that party whom you mistakenly kissed when you were pissed up, and the only way to get rid of her is to tell her a few home-truths. Sure, it makes you feel bad, but how else are you going to get the fat, ugly, desperate psycho off your case?

Now, before a certain stalker of mine begins to scream "wum ****-up!" remember, all I am doing is reporting on what I heard, for the purposes of discussion. Okay?

My question to you lads is: How much further damage would Sanchez going on strike do to AFC?

One would imagine your analogy of the fat bird at a party comes from experience of being dumped by them. How else are they going to get rid of a fat ugly psycho with a 13 mm cock?
Ps. Sanchez is having 1-1 talks with Wenger today regarding contracts, I'll see how this pans out before I claim the 3WFU points.:)

Are you still predicting that 'he'll be off', or are you backtracking on that one now ?

  15. You've got to stop this "are you predicting" bollocks, Pix.

Reporting press rumours is not "predicting." It's "reporting press rumours," mate.

I suppose Lacazette being 'some two bit foreigner who's going to flop at Arsenal' is a 'press rumour' too?

You do walk straight into these ****s ups mate <laugh>

“For us it is a good opportunity to focus completely on the Premier League,” Wenger said.
“I would say that the Premier League has, in my opinion, taken over from the Champions League interest-wise.”

He does know that they're not in the Champions League, doesn't he?
As for rotating the squad, I doubt that anyone's surprised by that.
He's done that in Europe in recent years, anyway. I'm sure that will continue.
