He was a real character, enjoyed life and always loved a laugh. There's a great book "Looking for the Toffees" by Brian VIner, in which he tracks down the Everton side from Latch's 30 goal season. Some great anecdotes and a brilliant read for any Evertonian and football fan in general. Andy was one of those he spent some time with.
I remember watching him as a child on match of the day in the 70s...could have only been in his 60s...way too young to go Hope your club give him a good send off at your next next match RIP
