He's not even fully fit! Can you imagine the outcry if Wilshere was picked?! Pretty sad that England have no one better than an unfit Carroll... You just know whats going to happen, Dean Ashton comes to mind.
Wilshere has been out for 14 Months, though. Anyway, Carroll looked good today and completed the whole game, so he should be fine for England.
