Alladyce is a keeper up manager, he's not actually won anything ever as a manager.

 

No idea if he'd be good here or not but I don't hate him because at least I know he actually has some affinity with this club, which is more than you can say for most of the managers we've had.

 

I hear today that Allardyce is retiring after one of his friends tragically died in the Manchester attack and wants to enjoy life outside of football while he can. Fair play to him

As I said earlier, I think he'd fancy that and do really well there. However I think he's a man of his word and if he has reached an agreement with Porto he'll go there.

 

Benteke and Zaha play perfectly for his 4-5-1 / 4-3-3 system. He wouldn't need to do much recruiting. Just teach them zonal marking.

 

I think Delaney could mark a zone quite well. Zones are static.The problems start with all those players moving about all over the place.
