Unfortunately that is too easy a solution to do......I have kept my eye on all the teams outside the first team and they are doing us proud.....I wouldn't care how old some of these players are they are showing the first team how to win games.....Its a no brainier to involve some of these players but do the manager and first team coaches have any brains between them....

A lot of people dismissed the Academy saying its a waste of time and money and although we've yet to see a multi million pound player emerging ( Ben Davies was here before the current set up was in place) the future of the Club depends on youth so maybe we will benefit in the not so foreseeable future.
Lets hope your right. I would love loads of players to come through. But so many flatter at that level to then fall by the wayside. I hope we can emulate what Southampton seem to be getting spot on. I am sure there are some there who will be playing first team soon.
So many also flatter at this level and never get a chance which stunts both the player and the team . If not for Laudrup , one could wonder where a low in confidence Davies would be these days .
