Could be available on the cheap - sounds like a Mike sort of deal. Hope the lad gets himself sorted either way.
Mental health issues are not to be laughed at, it covers a wide range of ailments it can affect anyone at any time in their life, like Gazza with his drinking, Joey Barton with his gambling even Paul Merson with his Coke habbit Half the buggers on these forums here will have some sort of problem with their life, which could be classed as a mental illness For the past 2 years I have been helping a very good friend of mine whilst she has been recovering from coersive controlling behaviour and domestic abuse, resulting in her suffering from severe anxiety and stress, so much so that she tried to take her own life, The first time I found out that she had problems when she rang me from her hospital bed Mental illness is not like the measels or chicken pox or a broken arm or leg, sometimes its very difficult to see mental illnesses until it's too late It has also taken a lot out of me aswell just talking to her about what she's been through. sorry, but glad to get that off my chest I wish him well
My other half is a mental health nurse. I never really understood the serious implications of poor mental health before but I totally get it now. I can only offer my sincerest best wishes to Aaron Lennon and I hope he makes a full recovery. The part of the MHA he was detained under is quite serious I believe
