Following from what Chris said in the Monaco thread, I think Alonso is "wipe the floor" of the others and with some ease. I cannot wait.

Massive hit there, hope Bourdais is ok. Reminds me of the Kubica Montreal crash when there's a marshal looking up the nosecone to see if his legs are ok.
There's some talk of a "cockpit intrusion", which could be quite serious. The right side of the car was a mess.
Had he maintained that pace, then yes. I'm not overly familiar with Indy, but I believe if Bourdais isn't fit to race tomorrow, somebody else can qualify the car for him, and Bourdais could race next weekend if fit?
