    I felt with today's news about us agreeing a fee with Everton for Romelu Lukaku and Wayne Rooney going the other way, I feel we're stepping into a new chapter at our club.

    Possibly a new chapter. One was created when Fergie left. And we went into a chapter consisting of drift with Moyes and LVG. So is this now a new chapter with Mourinho with new players coming in and the old departing? Time will tell.

    BTW Rooney says now that he has been wearing Everton pyjamas for the last 13 years. Not sure whether he said it to endear him to Everton fans and how these fans will take this news, but for me rather unnecessary and embarrassing (for him). Everton fans are not fools and will understand that players will be loyal to the team that pay them and to their team mates. Will he be wearing United pyjamas? Frankly not bothered

    I find this a bit weird, I haven't worn pyjamas since I was about 6 years old.

    Come on! He has been sleeping with a granny at much younger age. Why would pyjamas at 30 shock you?
