    I do not wish to rattle any cages but I will ask the question anyway <whistle>

    I have never been to Ireland (republic) but I thought they did not consider themselves British (so I do not), please I'm not interested in any debate about Northern Ireland. Just the republic side of the debate.

    ps. keep it simple Medro, I can not be handling any long drawn out cut and paste sentences today.

    Ok, fair enough. Still support them along with England in the Euro's though, do not know why, I just do.

    Although in truth I always consider myself English when filling in things such as forms if part of the selection, rather than British. Probably not politically or historically correct. Just feel sometimes people either hate the British thing or hide behind it when it suits them.

    A lot of forms ask you what you consider yourself to be, or what you have the most affinity with. On that basis, you can write whatever the hell you want and nobody can tell you that you are wrong.
