i think the general feeling about the regime is that the customers will no longer tolerate them. they could give out free money right now and they'd get turned down.

they have to be incredibily f'ing stupid to cock up running a football club so much. worse still to hang on to it when it's so obvious they're hated. some of our fans have already taken a swing at a bird/eagle. what would they do now if they saw any of the regime out in public?? - why would they encourage that situation. f'ing dumb.

And I'd love for someone who criticises the "stay aways" such as myself to even entertain signing up and telling us whats what. The club is **** - if the owners and players dont give a **** then why should I? I'll wait patiently for the club to change owners (sadly I don't believe anything is pending) before returning. And you do need us back.

 

I do hope that Katrien and Mr & Mrs Perks enjoyed themselves at the match today

Just for clarity, about 300 *paying* supporters stayed behind to tell the team and manager what they thought. This involved a chant of "you're not fit to wear the shirt"

The Directors Box was about 10 yards from our end. After their 2nd around 15-20 lads made their way towards it, to be blocked by the police. The same police remained there until full time.

As for "abuse" - fake news.

Unless you count constant chants of "just sell the club" as abuse.

Perhaps certain people should focus on the vile & wilful abuse of our football club for the last 3 years ?

It's why we are now fighting to stay out of Div 4.

 

Just to change the mood. I'm in Lisbon (short notice job escorting some students from Dubai across Iberia). Tonight is Benfica-Oporto. No tickets sadly but I went up to the ground as I fancied soaking up the atmousphere). Wow. I'm in a bar across the road now with a beer watching the telly. Didn't care too much a week ago but I wish I was inside now. Ah well. Maybe Grimsby at the Valley next season?

This is irritating. Benfica just scored a penalty. The roar from the stadium came about 15 seconds nefore the goal on TV. Say what you like about football on TV. You can't beat the real mccoy.

But both these two have made their bed. Mel Baroni showed how an experienced professional deals with a useless boss.
Sue Perks only needed to be silent, but continues to blame the fans for the mess her home girl Katie and her boss are making.

She was waving and dancing for the camera. There is nothing but brazen contempt for the actual 'customers' - people who actually pay to support the team, people who have invested passion, pride and tears into the club.
