Altior ‘blue’ in a number of places on ‘Oddschecker’ re the Champion Chase – 8/1 the best price available but as low as 6’s. This probably as a result of Old Saint Nick hinting that he will run the old boy in this if Douvan (for one reason or another) doesn’t.

Yep- he confirmed he gave him an entry just in case. Douvan should obviously rock up in this before possible going out in trip next year.

I wonder he backed a Willie Mullins horse?

Invitation Only, Augusta Kate & Finians Oscar are my guess at Beefys 3 in the Neptune.

I reckon Invitation Only came first as you were sweet on him in the Irish bumpers last year, then Augusta Kate based on her nice Hurdle debut and your confidence that she could beat Death Duty, and then Finians Oscar, as it seemed that every Irishman in the country knew he was quite some capture from the pointing field, -and of course trained by the Tizzaaaaaard.

It's only 2 I've done, I'd question anyone doing 3 in the one race ;)

Has been given the entry for the Betfair Hurdle now, absolute plot job since he got interfered with at Cheltenham. 10/1 joint favourite i noticed with Bet365. Will be having a bit of that and a double with the Supreme(if it lets me) <cheers>

I like the look of Mega Fortune in the Fred Winter should that be the route Elliot opts for - form behind Baupame and Land of hope and glory rock solid and the way he finished his last race make his perch of 130 (for some reason 6/7 lbs below B / LOHG) very lenient to me. Guess theres a chance could still go triumph route so not one to go mad on but worth tracking

Remember he'll be subject to Phil Smiths 'xenophobic handicapping' though, add in the double whammy of being trained by Elliott, so he'll be getting a good few more lbs on his back because of that!

Yeah because the infidels never get one in a festival handicap that isn't well and truly laid out!

Talking of Gord Elliott any word or info on Ned Stark who he bought out of the county, for £70,000, last summer. Now there is an animal primed to win a big handicap. Was entered at Cheltenham’s ‘Open’ meeting but didn’t appear there and in fact hasn’t run, at all, since last April.

Wonder if he might be being aimed at a Festival handicap.

You can only handicap on what you've seen on track though. You can't discriminate based on who or where it's trained which is basically what that eejit does <whistle>

Messire Des Obeaux 12/1 for the Neptune looks good value to me

Monalee, Keeper Hill and Baltazar D'Allier the other novices I like, not watched a lot though to be honest

So the 2/1 fav and only mullins horse in betting is going for the JLT, and the 4/1 fav and only mullins horse in the betting is going for the RSA.

    Stunning info

You really are a sad wum DK.You barely ever tip a winner and only seem to post to rub people's noses in it.You made a tit out of yourself the last two years by basically saying Willie would not win anything even though he cleaned up.Why you have '1 of the Top judges in Europe' is beyond me; hope that's a piss take. Also I was only passing info on as Sir Percy had previously queried If Bellshill was RSA bound.
