Funny how pdc's football ethics made him a fascist, yet conte runs a similar tight ship (fines, bans condiments) and he's hailed a genius. ****ing media eh? :emoticon-0102-bigsm

I think they were more than eager to fuel the fire of di Canio's alleged political views. None of what he said about the players was unreasonable in my opinion.
Press said "players aren't allowed to laugh or smile in training" Di Canio actually said "its not appropriate to laugh when you miss the target in training when you've lost 6-1 at the weekend"

Absolutely agree. I'm shocked these are your best options. After having gone with Arca for LB I'm playing Gray out of position at RB as your best option...

If I recall correctly there was a video which went viral of Van Gaal ripping into Smalling for laughing about messing something up in training (like missing a penalty I think). You would expect any manager to have high expectations of their players, especially if things aren't going to plan!

Micky was suspect defensively and totally one footed. No way he'd do a better job than Makin. Makin was a very good premier league standard fullback

Spot on, Rev in particular, real quality, could have had another season at least for me.

I'd never thought of him, tbh.

Is it going to be worth doing this one again and putting him in?

Wouldn't bother personally, it's not like everyone who voted said "where's Rev?" He'd have got a few votes but not enough to change the outcome, I reckon at least.

As much as I liked him I wouldn't have voted for him had he been in there, so not for me.

This can't be a 100% exercise, picking up every single player ever.

I'm 100% behind Nacho and Giacc there.

    Oh. We're jack

    Surprised Bardsley ousted Makin.

I'm going back too far, but John Kay would be my all-time RB. Hard as nails tackler, improved with age and a proper character.
