A Revised List... Charlton -Most time spent talking about being in the premier league -Trainspotter fans -Originate from Charlton -Poncey half hearted support mostly from children + A good place for us to dump unwanted reserve players +Have Millwall as a "big brother" to look after them in case any of the bigger boys pick on them. Millwall +Ferocious, full blodded support +A true sense of identity (knowing we are the underdog and revelling in that fact) +Everyone knows us, no one likes us (just the way we like it) +Visionary owner and most talented manager outside of the prem. +No ****er trainspotting fans +And of couurrsseee being the best behaved supporters in the land.
If Millwall fans are "ferocious and full blodded" why don't they bother turning up to see their team?
I believe ferocious and full blooded merely eludes to their passion for the team, not the numbers in which they turn up. So to answer your question, read the post properly before opening you gum disease ridden mouth you train spotting ****.
What about the other 40,000 "ferocious full blodded" fans who only bothered to be passionate about their team when they reached the cup final? Back in their armchairs nursing their "true sense of identity"? I agree you have a very talented manager, so when he inevitably leaves for a bigger club with a bigger support it is predictable what will happen to Millwall. Enjoy your glory days while you can!
Okay my pro's and con's of each team were meant to resolve this debate, but as we're a dumping ground for your reserve team players...the only player I can think you're speaking of is John Sullivan (who hasn't featured for us in the league this season). Hamer Bouazza? Therry Racon? Even Darren Ward (though he was half decent)...
You forgot about their ability to finish every post with a childish insult Also their excellent counting and spelling skills.
I thought it was only Nick Gray that idolised Charlton's attendances. For the record, I'm happy that we have 10,000 regulars whether we are in League 1 or The Championship. I'm also glad that our attendances have not gone down by 20,000 in the space of 5 seasons
I think a lot of people would be TC I would far rather go to the Den (in the Champ) next season than the Croydon Club's ground. I also far prefer the atmosphere at the Valley when the Wall are there rather than when the Nigel's leave their library books all over the place!
