What? How do you know that ? Hitler for a start didn't want to invade the UK . I believe the history tells us those facts ... He could of easily according to my family He was a mad man IMO and the rest of the world including us stopped that from happening The fact that you can quickly add another war from another time to make your statement reinforces my opinion on exactly how our current generation has grown up believing this rubbish. The U.S. The UK and Russia currently manufacture wars for business primarily IMO It is essential to those above and Israel to ensure the Middle East is kept unstable IMO it's controlled that way We have lost many lives ... Too many Hitler? Unbelievable you will be telling me next that England won World War Two ?
But Jesus taught us not to fight By thanking Christ do you believe he stepped in? Or did he just watch Britain single handedly defeat those evil Germans?
No, I don't believe Christ stepped in. Many, many brave men and women of many Nationalities and Creeds "stepped in". Would you have?
Speaking of which, I read Ronan Keating say today that the deceased Boyzone member Stephen Gately along with his mother kept the rain away from his wedding yesterday. I also recall Padraig Harrington a couple of years ago saying that Seve Ballesteros (also deceased) kept the Sun shining during the Ryder Cup and made the game finish a particular way when Europe came from nowhere to defeat the US. Why do folk believe that God would suspend all natural order to officiate in such trivial matters?
It's like when players from both teams bless themselves in the tunnel - how do they expect God to choose a team?
Someone on the other thread said the Pilot surviving was a miracle. Unless it was just a turn of phrase, what does that render the 20 or so who are supposed to have died? A damnation??
It certainly has, ever since I started studying Professor Richard Lynn. He stipulates that there's a genome quite prevalent in the Celtic peoples that predisposes them to such fantasies. That would certainly go some ways in explaining my formative years. I feel blessed* that I found this man's work (* see its in the blood )
I didn't actually mean that as a slur on the Celtic peoples, though I can see how it could be read that way. I'm afraid it's a gene that affects a large proportion of the whole species. I've got nothing against fantasies per se though. I have this recurring one that I support an entertaining, well run and mildly successful football team. With hoops on their shirts. Richard Lynn. I'll have a look, then tell you why (in all likelihood) he's wrong*. You can't keep a good contrarian down. * Oh dear. We've done this nasty old eugenicist before, and I don't believe you take this balls seriously at all, you little scamp you.
I will admit to feeling scared by people like COL. They make me incredibly nervous. A lot of those people are no doubt good guys on a personal level but make no mistake, they're bloody dangerous.
Yes I agree best not thank him for that small accident or all the other thousands of innocents who lost their lives around the world this weekend through disease and hunger.
They are only dangerous to themselves IMO such is the programming. It is not by any means their fault.... Influence is this society is very difficult to shake ... Not that I am any better believe me the battle is daily inside my thick brain
