Siggy is a more central player. We were crying out for a player like him last year so I think what Big Fox means is that we haven't really been linked with replacement wingers
Exactly - Mahrez is our main creative focus and when he was off form last season, our other players were even more shocking in their inability to step up. That we have only been linked with one other creative player who doesn't play in his position when he publicly stated he wants to leave is surprising in the least.
I agree, but that still only really leave us with Gray and Albrighton. We'd still need squad depth on the wing as I don't want us relying on bloody Musa!
Is all potential atm - might come good but his strengths are running with the ball not really making somthing out of nothing. Thing also is that he is also a left winger - on the right he would have Simpson almost just defending, on the left he would need to cover for Fuchs/Chilwell.
Nope - we said already we don't want to sell him. Am just saying that he isn't someone that we can depend to perform every game - is still a young kid finding his way. I hope he completely surprises me and becomes a shining star this season but more realistically he will start cup games and be a sub behind Albrighton again.
We already have his type - Lookman. So it's more a finished article / more experience we need. Lookman will be cup games/from bench so another of that type won't help. My tongue in cheek remark over a cheeky bid was just that.
this is going to be a big season for Gray at Leicester. I'm sure he will be given plenty of game time this season, so its up to him to grasp the opportunities and push on with consistent performances We all know he is a talented lad.
It will be telling if hes getting chosen over Mahrez at the start of the season whether Mahrez's heads in the right place.
Being reported that Mahrez is willing to take a pay cut for Champions League football with Roma - might make them more willing to bid more for him.
Roma have had a £27M bid rejected for Riyad Mahrez They have said this is their final offer So its looking increasingly likely that Mahrez is staying
'The second is fair'. who does he think he is, that just comes across very bitter and trying to make Leicester sound unreasonable. Of course it's not bloody fair
