    Not quiet - report this morning say Sampdoria refused our offer. Not sure what's less believable - the rumour, or the fact we allegedly offered £18m for him.

    You know all the answers already. 1) He's not from Spain. 2) We're a pathetically inept club.

    I genuinely don't get any of it. Why do we now have four wingers, yet one left back and no proven striker? Why do we have no number 10, yet that's the only tactic we play?

    I just wish there was some semblance of a plan. Even Starlord had more of a plan...
